The Museum has been armed

In CMM we have had more and more elements for „To Board!” exhibition. Yesterday, from Gniew armourer we collected replicas of weaponry to be presented at the exhibition. They include replicas of: helmet, breastplate, the hoplite spear and shield, the Persian shield, 15th century battleaxe and heavy sword, 15th century kapalin and salada helmet and 15th c. pavise shield. The copies were made in particular so that each visitor could try them on and for a moment feel like the ancient or medieval soldier.
